In house CAD office, with multiple SolidWorks licenses, can also offer mechanical engineering and creation of technical documentation.

Welding


Certification for quality requirements in welding according to EN ISO 3834-3. For welding of steel and aluminium structures, MAG (135) and TIG (141) procedures are performed by welders certified according to the EN 9606 norm. The quality of welding is under constant supervision of welding engineers (EWE/IWE). Welding is performed using Fronius welding machines, e.g. TPS500i PULSE.

Painting


Corrosion protection of steel structures by protective paint system according to EN ISO 12944. In-House thermo spray booth with useful space of 7.2x4x2.8 m. Experience in offshore projects.
